Pupils make Indian cuisine to celebrate International School Meals Day 2017

Bridgend Communities First recently celebrated International School Meals Day with two cooking sessions which were arranged and funded in partnership with Afon-y-Felin Primary and Corneli Primary schools and Cookibods.

Pupils and their families and guardians had great fun learning how to make learnt how to cook Indian food making chapattis and patties under the guidance of Helen and Siân from Cookibods which they enjoyed eating after the session.

Everyone said that they really enjoyed the session with many parents commenting that they felt more confident and inspired to make Indian food at home.
